  2. Love the pic — more evidence of Virgil’s complicity in the whole Mitch/Duke scandal. Why else be so chummy with someone who turned out to be a felon? Guilt by association at its best.

    I’ve got one MUCH juicer, though. It shows one of Virgil’s constituents — at a social function sponsored by Mitch Wade, and attended by Mitch and his good buddy, Duke — offering bribes to none other than Duke himself, in the presence of one of Virgil’s key aides, who had full knowledge of the bribe taking place.
