Lol! That sheet is almost the same color as my house. We had fewer today. How did things turn out at your place?
Mint oil is supposed to deter most bugs – I am wondering if I sprayed some around the windows and doors if it would make our place less palatable to the beetles. At least the house would smell minty fresh! :-)
It’s gone wonderfully today. A few dozen are congregated on the tarp at any time, but they fly off before long. The light breeze flaps the tarp around, which I think bothers them, and the color is not enough like a rock (which is the primary color they’re attracted to — grays) for them to want to hang out. Not a single one has appeared in the house today.
