It has come to my attention that I have described myself incorrectly on a fair number of occasions. When asked my ideological leaning, I have often reported that I am “very left,” or “extremely liberal.” I had thought that this was the case, but after the save-the-rainforests lecture/discussion that I attended here at Virginia Tech this evening, I have found that left goes a great deal more thataway than I thought existed outside of the realm of caricature. What a bunch of crazy bastards.
