All of Kanye West's tweets are better if prepended with "Liz Lemon," and read in Tracy Jordan's voice. Somebody set up a Twitter feed to do that.

In 1959, Alan Lomax recorded a prisoner leading a work crew in singing "Po Lazarus." In 2000, the song was included in the best-selling soundtrack of "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" Two years later, the film's producers tracked down the baffled 76-year-old ex-prisoner in Chicago, gave him a check for $20,000, and flew him to Los Angeles for the Grammys.

I had my doubts about that Kanye Jordan link . . . and then I clicked on it, and couldn’t stop reading it in Tracy Jordan’s voice and giggling quite loudly.
My neighbors probably think I’m insane, but, wow. Awesome.
I rather enjoy English50cent, which translates all of 50 Cent’s (NSFW) tweets into the King’s English: http://twitter.com/English50cent
Wow, that “Po’ Lazarus” story is great. I’d missed that news when the movie/album came out–thanks for digging this story up and posting it!
(“O Brother…” is one of my absolute favorite movies, and the soundtrack is of course a big part of why I like it so much.)
