Virginia’s original open government website, The Virginia Public Access Project, has added a lobbyists section. They list all registered General Assembly lobbyists, the companies for whom they lobby, and to whom those companies have given money and how much. This is a brilliant and helpful bridge between lobbying and contributions, making the money trail all the clearer.
