  1. They’re trying to head off the bust and get the boom started again. I’ve seen conflicting stuff like this often. It’s totally dishonest.

  2. This reminds me of a recent media blitz from the National Association of Realtors, which claims that “now is a perfect time to sell OR buy a home.” This absurd statement falls apart with a modicum of rational thought, but there is a vested interest to be part of the transaction.

    Next year should be a rough market for real estate. Everyone is chasing after the last man on earth to realize this fact.
