Good for Del. Tim Hugo and Sen. Jeannemarie Devolites Davis for advocating for an electronic voting paper trail. Republicans have allowed the problem of electronic voting to become a partisan issue, which is just crazy. Those like Hugo and Davis who take a strong stance on this will benefit in the long run, as will democracy.

Awesome. A verifiable audit trail is my hottest issue for the State legislature and governor. While I think it is silly to allow the states to make up the rules for electing national officials, that the law right now, and that is how we have to do it… so we need to work on the state governments to each improve the election process so that it is completely fair, completely transparent of process, and easy to audit and verify.
If we don’t trust the process, democracy breaks down.
