SBE punts Miller complaint to FEC.

I’m told that the State Board of Elections met last night to determine that they have no jurisdiction over the polling practices of U.S. Senate candidate Harris Miller, which I’d blindly stumbled into prognosticating. Now the FEC may consider the complaint.
