New feed feature: Per-patron listings.

I’ve added a new feature to my Virginia General Assembly RSS Feed — per-patron feeds. So now you can track all of Lingamfelter’s bills, all of Stolle’s bills, or all of Bob Marshall’s bills without lifting a finger.

Any feature requests?

  1. I’m trying to figure out why Virginia needs a license plate for the Republic of Vietnam (with the country’s flag too).

Is there some special relationship between Virginia and Vietnam that I am completely unaware of – something that would make this vital legislative business for Bob Marshall tackle?

  2. Is it supposed to be a direct link or do you have to cut and paste the link to get to the bill? I love the feature!

I have to admit that I had the same reaction, Olivia. I have to assume that I’m simply too ignorant of the Vietnamese population in the state. Perhaps the 13th has a large Vietnamese population?

I can’t speak for all news readers, but in the case of mine, I simply click on the title of the RSS item (eg, “HB1 Highways; adjustment of claims resulting from certain contracts.”) and it takes me to the bill’s page. So I have done, in a technical sense, what’s needed to create a direct link.
