I enjoyed this exchange between Del. Tom Gear (R-Hampton) and Secretary of Transportation Pierce Homer during the House Transportation committee meeting:

Gear: What is the single-worst traffic jam in Hampton Roads?
Homer: Well, which side of the Hampton Roads bridge tunnel are you on?
Gear: Good answer.
