I find it fascinating that McDonnell could beat Deeds by 0.0% – with rounding. He would garner
less than 50% in a two-way race. At least his staff has a sense of humor about it; they’ve already
taken to calling him “Landslide.” The name would only be more ironic if he lost the election. One
can hope.
