Amber, my folks and I went over to the Eastside Speedway in Waynesboro last night for the Pepsi 100, their late-model dirt track stock car race. There were actually three races in all — grocery-getter, late model, and sportsman. The late model drivers provided the best class of driving — they’re a real rough-and-tumble crew, much more willing to take risks than the guys in the more expensive cars.
