The Thomas Jefferson Center for the Protection of Free Expression tonight announced their annual muzzle awards, and they’re as good as they’ve always been. Winners — by which I mean losers — include the FCC, the DNC, the RNC, several school officials from around the country, NASCAR, the U.S. Marshalls Service, the Virginia House of Delegates, and a few others. As always, the explanations for each award are both funny and infuriating.
