Sometimes you can get a good deal with a floor model or an item that was returned at the Sears. The warranty on these items is still valid, I think. I happened to go by that department yesterday and I saw that they had so many of these types of appliances that they were spilling out the doors. Good luck!
Ron Martin Appliances used to have a scratch ‘n’ dent department tucked away upstairs, where you have to know about it (kinda like a speakeasy during Prohibition).
As well as stores like Best Buy always have open box values. Circuit City, however, quit carrying appliances. I will keep my eyes open over here. (I am only 15 miles from Scottsville)
