My friend Eric Riback has started a food blog, Eric’s World of Food. It’s only two days old, but already he’s got commentary on food and food experiences, along with recipes as varied as tomato vinaigrette salad dressing and Frito pie. I suspect I’ll be gathering some new recipes.
