Apparently, I did OK yesterday with the line up: they arrested the guy that hit me back in February. (Well, to be fair, they arrested the suspect. I don’t know that he’s the guy that hit me. But the officer in charge of the case says that he’s got no question that this is the guy.) His hearing is on Thursday, and the court case will probably be on May 17th.
Oh, and his name is Randall Herring. He goes by “Buck.” (I’d call myself something else if my name were Randy, too. Said the guy named “Waldo.”) I feel OK giving his name, because it’s a matter of public record. I didn’t ever mention it before, but now that he’s been arrested, I don’t see anything wrong with it.
I feel a bit better now.
