The Arizona thing is nuts, but have you ever actually tried to find information about where someone may be incarcerated? It is astonishingly difficult. Plenty of news outlets record the accusation and guilt determined by a court, but it is quite complicated to know how to send a letter (or an email, parish the thought) to someone who is incarcerated. it is almost like they disappear.
Interesting—I had no idea.
