Here’s a flashback to the 2005 governor’s race: “Positive Message” and “Always Trust the People,” the two songs that I assembled using the audio from one of the Kaine/Kilgore debates back in July of that year. The first one was designed to rebut Kilgore’s claim that he was running a positive campaign, the second to lampoon Kilgore’s ridiculous “I trust the people” mantra. Good times, good times.
