We got our war on.

72,265 people have died in acts of terrorism since 2001. “Oh my God, this War on Terrorism is gonna rule! I can’t wait until the war is over and there’s no more terrorism!” “I know! Remember when the U.S. had a drug problem, and then we declared a War on Drugs, and now you can’t buy drugs anymore? It’ll be just like that!”

  1. speaking of that “drug war”, why aren’t the candidates–either one of them–bringing up the efficacy of drug prohibition? Why aren’t they calling attn to the 70 billion dollars which America will spend on the Drug War this yr? How come we continue this fight, after 36 yrs spending over a trillion dollars and building the world’s biggest penal colony, and alcohol prohibition was seen as a dismal failure and ended after just 13 yrs?
    Hey, you brought it up…
