Your statement is as much “spin” as mine. They’re both altogether reasonable interpretations of the results of this, given the sizable MoE that results from such a small sample size.
Survey USA Similar results. Allen’s approval rating under 50%, and 2/3 of Virginians think his remarks at Breaks Interstate Park were inappropriate, and that he needs to further apologise.
