Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Do they not realize by trying to pass the flag amendment they would effectivly be repealing the 1st?
I left a comment on his blog, but I am yet to see it appear with that post. Either he is slow to moderate the comment, or he has done the very thing he accused Senator Allen of; he may think that my opinion is not worth the exposure.
