Kenneth Lay, President Bush’s old friend “Kenny Boy,” has been found guilty on 19 counts of conspiracy, fraud, false statements and insider trading. Republicans are just dropping like flies, aren’t they?

  1. I think both of Bush’s friends, Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling, deserve the convictions they were given. I hope their sentances amount to death of old age while in prison.

    However I’m also wondering If GW won’t issue them both pardons in 2 years. Especially since they’re supposed to have been big GW campaign donors.

    If I’m right I’d like “I told ya so” bragging rights.

  2. Yup, a couple of pardon’s to them would be just like what Clinton did for his buddies.
