Happily, yes — that just means that Cheney is also guilty of leaking classified documents.
hmmm… if the Vice President is guilty of a felony, does it then fall to the Congress to take some sort of action?
I smell impeachment proceedings brewing….unless of course Democrats completely bongle this immense, once in a generation opportunity for a massive political realignment. Because if we don’t have a majority in the House of Representatives after the last four years, I can’t imagine how it will ever happen.
