What were they? He briefly mentioned that the loser could argue Bush v. Gore, in that only a few jurisdictions were being hand-counted, but I didn’t see anything else that remotely qualifies as an equal protection issue. (It’s a losing argument, but heck, it could be made).
That one sort of qualifies as equal protection… what were the others?
That’s the source of equal protection concerns, as made famous by Bush v. Gore. I don’t know that anything would come of such concerns, but they do exist.
