Does Jerry Kilgore think that we’re so stupid that we’ve forgotten what Governor Jim “No Car Tax” Gilmore did to the economy four years ago? That we don’t read the paper? That we’re not aware how strenuously our representatives oppose his patronizing all-taxes-must-go stance? Why not just run on a “free beer” ticket and get it over with?
