Get even.

John Kerry’s concession speech this afternoon? Not so good. John Edwards’ introduction of John Kerry? Excellent. Kerry’s message was “let’s put this behind us and make nice,” which, given Bush’s track record, is somewhat like suggesting that a would-be murder victim put their differences aside with their attacker. Edwards’ message was “this is not over, and we will fight.” That’s what I want to hear, and that’s what I’m going to do.
