A university putting knowledge to work?

Walking out of my first class today — an underwhelming statistics class that lasted all of 15 minutes — I found that the entrance to the building had been taken over by a vender selling bootleg posters.

As a university that feels strongly about protecting intellectual property rights and enforces those rules, it’s nothing short of hypocritical to be profiting off of the violations of those very rules (to say nothing of laws) that students are obliged to obey.
