Blacksburg voter.

I talked with two women at the Voter Registrar’s here in Charlottesville this afternoon, to see what I should do in the way of my voter registration. The question is whether I should remain registered in Charlottesville, or change my registration to Blacksburg. After a five minute conversation, we concluded that the morally and legally appropriate thing to do would be to change my registration to Blacksburg for the duration of my stay there. I’ve got the paperwork, and I’ll fill it out tonight. It seems inappropriate for me to vote outside of Charlottesville, as if I’m doing something that I ought not be doing, but rules is rules.
