The garden’s coming along pretty well. The pumpkin vine has started dying back. The leaf loss is sure to have a strong impact on the size of that pumpkin, which is volleyball-sized now. Shame.

Fireworks at McIntire Park.
I went with Amber’s family to see the fireworks at McIntire Park, here in Charlottesville. We went to Charlottesville High School to watch, to simplify the ingress and egress of the whole affair. It was, as always, a fine display.
