Pink-ribbon-branded products turn out to be basically bullshit. Buying them does nada for breast cancer research. Want to help somebody with breast cancer? Find somebody—it shouldn't be hard—and help them. Or, for a more hands-off approach, donate some money to a research organization.

My friend and Sorensen classmates, née Casey Peters, has been named one of Style Weekly's "Top 40 Under 40," and rightly so. She's heads up the Richmond YWCA, and that's not the least of what she's done.

The telescopes obviously were created by a very early version of Photoshop. THAT is what needs to be investigated. Who knew that Adobe stole from a Seventeenth-century technology?
