Funny thing: nobody’s been charged with any crime in the case In fact, nobody’s been held accountable at all. The case is in the attorney general’s hands. That’s Bob McDonnell, the same AG who received $25,000 for his campaign from Daniel A. Hoffler, the chair of the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries board. The guy who uncovered all of this government waste, via a FOIA request, figures that people will have to picket the AG’s office before he’ll take any action.
