I believe the largest is still Saddam taking $1 billion on invasion day.

That’s not really a bank heist, in the classic sense, but it’s certainly hell of a lot of money. Either I never knew about that or, just as likely, I totally forgot about it. :)
That’ll buy a lot of Hummers….er, trucks.
