Whenever I go to the O.B. I’m always impressed by the light house. And the girls in bikinis, but thats something for another thread….

We were waiting to go up (they only let a group go up every twenty minutes or so) and, since it was hot out, naturally gravitated to stand in the shade. But the only shade around was the lighthouse. Since it was just after noon, the shadow was short. So we stood in the shadow, looked up, and there was the glowing lighthouse. :)
The top is infested with hundreds of wasps. From so far down, they were glowing white spots, like fairies.
