Jerry Falwell just can’t say enough good things about Jim Webb. This may mark a turning point in the Allen narrative, where he moves from scandal-plagued to losing support among conservatives, analogous to the Fraternal Order of Police’s August 30, 1993 endorsement of Allen over Mary Sue Terry.
