huh. It’s big, can’t tell if there is an annulus (little ring thingy on the stem, sometimes wears off) or if it is emerging from an egg-like bulb, but the veil-fragments are similar to some amanitas (bad poison). It’s white, which means bo-diddly.
However, from this photograph, I can see it is clearly a fungus, and thusly, in a non-vegitative state.
