I’m pleased to read that President Bush intends to crack down on “activist judges”. These judges radically alter and, at times, actually create law, bypassing the legislature entirely, in violation of our constitution. And, frankly, I’m shocked — shocked — that it’s taken this long for something to happen.
It is with this in mind that look forward to President Bush proposing a constitutional amendment to do something about about this activist judge:
I’m sure that announcement will be coming any day now.
