Idea: An ethnic restaurant where the ethnicity is invented. It would be an opportunity for a chef to invent a style of food from scratch, a designer to come up with a whole look for the place, a costume designer to make some great clothes for the waitstaff, etc. It would be best if the restaurant insisted that their nationality was legitimate, too.
