The kitten didn’t make it. Poor little guy. He lived to be three days old. Last night, he was playful, lively and loud, exercising his lungs and doing quite well. Today, his little stomach swelled and he faded away before Amber could get off the phone with the vet. We’ll bury him, and, over him, we’ll plant a very little rose bush.
