It’s updated every five minutes with data from the SBE. We can all watch that number climb.
As I understand it, under VA law, a candidate may only request a recount if the results are within 1%. As of today, the results of the 5th district race are a difference of 1.05%. If that result holds, doesn’t that mean that Goode is denied a recount?
