It seemed like it always was being delayed. I am glad that Mitchell Wade is talking a lot, because we can't afford more from Jerry Lewis, John Doolittle, Katherine Harris, and Virgil Goode on the loose anywhere near public funds OR policy. Periodically, I would check on whether his pre-sentence Hearing had been rescheduled. It seemed like it always was being delayed.
