Lowell points out that Del. Dave Albo’s district also went Democratic, with 58% voting for Obama. Albo was last challenged in 2005, by Greg Werkheiser, who ran a very tough, very disciplined campaign against Albo. Albo survived, of course, but Greg has been biding his time to run again. Next year would appear to be the time.
That’s ‘Dave Albo’, and have you checked to see if the 59th statistics bear out my gut feeling that Watkins has something to worry about?

“Greg Albo”—*laugh*. I guess I’m convinced enough that this district is going to flip that I’ve already half-renamed its occupant :) I haven’t crunched any numbers on the 59th, but I’ll do so.
