My old friend Shawn Pattison was injured in a car accident last week. He and Ben Marchi of Americans for Prosperity were driving to a town hall meeting in Leesburg when it happened. The two of us were in the same Boy Scout troop as kids, he the political black sheep of our home schooled clan. Shawn’s undergone surgery for an injured spine, but there’s no word on the outcome.
I certainly hope his surgery went smoothly and he recovers quickly.
