Ew. Why?

Can we get a refund for the time spent drafting, filing, discussing, voting on, and (maybe) printing this bill? ‘Cause I really don’t see the point.

It’s humorous, sure, but… jokes don’t have to be made into law.

We know that this bill would get two votes, one from Del Wright and the other from a Lynchburg delegate – here’s a hint, it would no be Delegate Byron.
