I switched back to Mac earlier this year after an eight-year hiatus in Windowsland. Experimenting with shareware is a much more pleasurable experience on a Mac. Out of your list, CyberDuck is the only program I've used. I'm also using TextWrangler, which I think is a dumbed-down version of BBEdit. I'm going to check out FlickrExport and SuperDuper.
