There are at least 2 more of these neighborhood/community blogs in the works in Richmond, which&#039;ll put us at 10. What is interesting is that 1 of the 2, for the Fulton area, is being put together on grant money to VCU with the specific initiative to empower citizen journalism. This site will move away from having one or a few folks posting and try to open up who is getting the posts onto the site.
