		<description>Very cool.  I was a little confused about the seemingly outsized influence of the city of Richmond until I realized that all of the org/PAC-type contributions come from Richmond addresses.</description>

I knew VPAP was a valuable resource, but now there is no reason not to kick them down a few bucks.
