A dendrogram of House of Delegates relationships based on voting in six bills. Very clever! I wish I could track down some standard PHP libraries for statistical analysis; Richmond Sunlight should provide this sort of information dynamically. Also, I’m not as smart as Kathy.

What about an approach that uses php to leverage R like so – http://dssm.unipa.it/R-php/
I’ve used Rweb in the past but it’s perl based.
You aren’t as flaky as I am either; I thought I answered this and neglected to hit the submit key apparently.
Just wanted to say check out Rphp at http://dssm.unipa.it/R-php/
Oy, Kathy, I’m sorry — both of your comments got stuck in my one remaining spam filter, which I’ve just disabled. You did, in fact, answer it the first time. :) R-php looks mighty interesting. It’s intended to be used with that HTML-based front-end, of course, but I suspect that it would be pretty do-able to hack out the code that passes things off to R. Thanks so much for the suggestion!
