From the perspective of 2007, those 1990 firms she called gigantic are dwarfs (size-wise).

Jack, your comment got trapped in my single remaining spam filter. (I’ve just disabled it — I no longer see any need for it.) I have no idea why it was subscription-only — I’d actually toggled it to be publicly available before I posted this, but I guess it didn’t take. It’s public now.
