Mind you, when he says "family responsibilities," the judge and other lawyers all know he in fact means "following a complex morning routine with my 11 Jack Russell terriers" -- but everyone pretends *not* to know. Come to think of it, he's just one dog shy of a full jury. Now *that* would be a sight.
