Dunno, but there is a local attorney whose “family responsibilities” preclude his ability to accept morning court dates. Mind you, when he says “family responsibilities,” the judge and other lawyers all know he in fact means “following a complex morning routine with my 11 Jack Russell terriers” — but everyone pretends *not* to know. Come to think of it, he’s just one dog shy of a full jury. Now *that* would be a sight.
